Any dispute arising from this agreement, its existence, validity, interpretation, scope or compliance, will be subject to applicable law and the competent courts of the city of Lecheria, Municipio Turístico El Morro Licenciado Diego Bautista Urbaneja. Also the procedures shall be carried out in the Spanish language
